Seller Agreement
In exchange for participation and selling in a MOMS Club of Garnet Valley event,
please read and acknowledge your acceptance of the following agreement and
terms as a consignor (seller).
Consignors and Volunteers agree to the following statements:
• Hold harmless and make no claim against MOMS Club of Garnet Valley, any volunteer
or paid participants in the sale, or the insurer of MOMS Club of Garnet Valley for any
damage, theft or loss of any items consigned to MOMS Club of Garnet Valley. Consignor
assumes the risks of these events occurring by participating in the sale.
• Waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the sale
from whatever cause against MOMS Club of Garnet Valley, any volunteer or paid participants, or the insurer of MOMS Club of Garnet Valley.
• Items checked into a MOMS Club of Garnet Valley event must meet the following criteria
or be subject to removal/disposal.
• Prepared according to the requirements in the Consignor Packet.
• Meet current requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and
may not be included on any list of recalled items, contain any hazardous material, or
exceed lead standards set by the CPSC.
• All items, unless designated with a red dot on the tag, will be sold for 50% off the
tagged price at the half price sale.
• All items, unless designated as a yellow cardstock tag, will be donated to charity after
the sale and will not be available for the consignor to pick up.
• Items not picked up by end of the designated consignor pick up time (12:00 to 1:00 pm
on the day of the sale) become the property of MOMS Club of Garnet Valley and will
be donated to charity.
• MOMS Club of Garnet Valley reserves the right to deduct a $10 sorting fee from consignor's proceeds check for failure to pick up items marked with the a yellow cardstock tag by the end of the designated consignor pick up time.
• Items, loose pieces and/or accessories found without a tag or consignor ID will be
placed in a lost and found box. Consignors may re-claim these items at pick up.
Items, loose pieces and accessories not claimed at consignor pick-up will be donated.
• As the seller, consignors assume the risk of theft, damage or loss. While MOMS Club
of Garnet Valley does not anticipate such events, they may occur, and sellers will not
be reimbursed for those items.
• MOMS Club of Garnet Valley agrees to pay the consignor 70% of net proceeds.
• Consignor understands that a non-refundable $10.00 registration fee is due to participate in the sale
• Proceed checks will be mailed within two weeks of the close of the sale.
